Solitude: A Spiritual Retreat Experience is focused on exactly what you need to experience as a private and exclusive get away, a week of just being with yourself and moving to a new environment, of being nurtured in whatever way you feel on any given day. This program is designed as the most flexible week to accommodate your whimsy, or as structured as you need to find that balance and harmony you are seeking. What you will experience in our beautiful private retreat center and gardens is private time for yourself, time to regather and reconstitute yourself, time for nurturing, play, and time to read, contemplate, think and plan. This is the perfect week to take out for yourself after a difficult time, divorce, death or where you are overworked, or just need an adult time out that is nourishing and uplifting.
This is a customized week where you can find as much solitude or excitement as you want. We offer a myriad of activities including specialized mindfulness meditation program, specialized energy medicine practices for stress, nervous system disruption and healing. We offer an incredible array of nurturing healthy food drawing upon the bounty of Panama’s locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay in our cosy and beautiful mountain retreat, nestling during the day and evening with incredible and gorgeous sunset views and the sounds of awakened and vibrant nature throughout the day. Venture out for a hot summer’s day by the ocean for swimming or strolling along miles of sandy beach.

Every day you have the opportunity to have guided or self-directed meditation practice, contemplation inspired guides, and deep experiential visualizations. You have daily access to professional guidance, personalized daily counseling and spiritual healing work. If you are looking to put your life back in order, or to take a time out to reassess some aspect of your life, we offer daily support for expedited healing.
ACCOMMODATION
Your private casita is a two bedroom one full bath casita with a queen and king side bed overlooking the gardens and nestled within the mountains of the retreat. For your convenience you have Panamanian coffee for your mornings, Berkey filtered water, and beautiful Sage products and an atomizer in the bedroom and in the bathroom. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Daily maid service to make up your room. Meals are delivered from the main house, served on your private terrace or the main terrace or excursions into town or around the corner at some of our beautiful restaurants. Depending on what you would like.
Enjoy stunning panoramic mountain hikes, waterfall walks, easy flat terrain bike riding around the sweet town of El Valle. Experience private yoga classes, guided pool pilates, pickleball, tennis, swimming or just meandering the beach alongside the ocean. We celebrate the day, and all of nature with silent tropical garden walks, rhythmic beach activities, and sacred fire ceremonies under the evening sparkling stars.
Special day and evening activities may also include a personalized spiritual baptism in our garden waters, candlelit rune, card and crystal readings and other specially designed activities to suit your spiritual soul.
We also offer a holistic renewal program specifically designed to identify and holistically release old energies, patterns and toxins held in the mind body spirit matrix. For your body, we offer nourishing body treatments such as massage, various body treatments and facial nourishments at our adjacent garden and mountain spa.

Costs Included: All costs of your private Retreat include all body treatments including massages, all energy medicine treatments, all therapeutic sessions, all meals, snacks and drinks, all meditations, evening activities, and all entrance fees for activities are included in the price. Daily in-room maid service. Price includes all transfers to El Valle from Panama City or Rio Hato airport.
Recommended minimum stay is 3 days but to achieve a really restful experience we recommend our 7 Day Retreat. All Retreats are offered with private retreat accommodation in your own Casita home overlooking tropical gardens, our garden adorned bohio rancho pool and the vast surrounding mountain scapes. Retreat also includes all private sessions and programs, meditations, personalized healing sessions, body treatments, healthy and delicious food.

WHAT TO PACK
Bring the clothing you enjoy the most. If you are here on a sacred or solitude journey bring the clothing you feel beautiful in. Toss in a pair of hiking shoes, hiking water shoes for waterfall (or running shoes that can get wet); 2 bathing suits, shorts, some beautiful casual clothes that you enjoy for our evening home dinners, flip flops and a casual throw for cooler evening breezes.

Your retreat stay is hosted by Dr. Laura, an Energy Medicine practitioner who will guide your meditations and assist you on your soul’s journey. She is your gracious host at her beautiful retreat center in Panama. Laura has been an energy practitioner in private practice for over 14 years. She is a teacher of teachers, and provides beautiful care, love and wisdom for all of her clients.
Laura captures the essence of a free spirit aligned with all of nature and the pure essence of Divinity. She is a spiritual warrior armed with acute observations, a keen desire for truth and a powerful sense of what we need in this world. Kind, caring and patient, Laura brings us her magical gifts of intuitive and powerful insight mixed with a magical sense of beauty and creation.
Laura holds a Ph.D. in Complementary and Natural Medicine with a Specialization in Energy Medicine, a Master’s Certificated in Intuition Medicine, M.A. Art History, and has innumerable energy trainings that provide her with a giant fun toolbox to help heal each and every person she works with.
