Learning Challenges ADD ADHD and Other Learning Based Diagnosis

Individuals who are challenged with diagnosis of ADD, or ADHD or other kinds of learning challenges can benefit from specially guided approaches. My ability to clairvoyantly see and feel how someone approaches reading or learning, or how they cognitively access and assess material provides us with an advantaged place to start. Unlike traditional psychological assessments that use tools to assess the individual, my abilities to see and get into the actual processes of how an individual actually thinks and processes information provides an edge to facilitate individualized learning approaches. A parental interview, diagnosis and clinical assessment will be our first session together. Learning recommendations to follow.

Part One: Diagnostic Tools and Individual Assessment

Session One: | Learning You

Our first session is dedicated to beginning the process of how you actually process information and how you think. An energetic diagnostic assessment, through a variety of means, provides an individual with a greater understanding of how they think, read, absorb material and recall information. This first session learning is about learning you - and how you actually think and learn. Kinaesthetic learner, brain learner, somatic learner? We take a look at how you read, process information, engage in information recall. We also look at your personal environment including technology, cel phone useage, EMF’s and other environmental stimuli. Awareness and observational exercises to journal this week.

Session Two: | Pulling out the Tools

As we have a beginning basis for learning how you learn, we now bring out a variety of tools and tailor them specifically to each situation. We provide breath work, emotional self regulation tools, physiologic balancing tools, nervous system regulation tools and whatever is needed to create a calm and peaceful approach to getting down to studying. We look at the resistances, old behaviours, and psychoemotional challenges that may impede access to learning. We try these new tools out and see how they feel, begin to create new neurological pathways. We make it fun - exploratory and informative. You get to learn a lot about yourself! This is a fun class! We continue to journal with awareness and observational exercises and check out the effectiveness of each tool we are trying out this week.

Session Three: | Tailoring the Tools

Now is the time to see what is really working for you and hone in on tailoring our tools in order to assess what works best and most efficiently for you. This session is a fine tuning session where we see what works and what tools or processes have been a little more challenging. We check out our emotional state and monitor how we are also psychologically feeling towards these processes. We continue to work with these tools and fine tune SOBER processes and other regulatory tools. We continue to journal how these tools are actually affecting our reading, learning and processing. We continue to discover more about the self in our implementation. Journalling and self reflection awareness continues.

Session Four: | Sequencing and Adaptation

Our final session of this class focuses on what is working and what we still find as challenges. We establish a regular routine for the self in terms of learning and studying but also for wellness in our lives. We learn to adopt certain tools and skills at certain times based on the situation and what is required in front of us. Armed with a fabulous array of tools and skills, we are now set to take these skills and processes that we have been learning and practicing into our lives. We have also learned flexibility of choice, and short cuts to these tools when required. Most importantly, we have learned from this class more about ourselves, and how we approach learning and studying. We are now prepared to set ourselves into the world of adaptation with all of our new skills and processes!

“Learning how to learn is essential. If you teach someone how their brain works, how they actually think and process information, how their intuition is involved in the syncretic learning process, then individuals can understand themselves and then filter their lens of perception out into the world.
When these elements synchronize, you can stand back and watch living consciousness contribute actively to our greater humanity through examination, criticality and questioning processes. We create lifelong learning students.”
