This 6 Week Integrative Energy Medicine Program for Stress Reduction is specifically designed to provide you with practical solutions to aid in creating a more peaceful and regenerative sense of well being. In this 6 Week Program you will be introduced to energy medicine concepts and principles that provide opportunities to fully understand your own specific sources and manifestations of stress.
Explore how specific actions and situations, influence, impact and impregnate emotions and physiology into your being. This class is designed to provide you with a personalized and tailored approach to understanding and shifting your energetic and nervous system. Garner insights regarding your own energetic body and emotional states.
This program provides targeted tools to assist in identifying stressors and to alleviating them from your system. Each session provides various types of stress reduction information, applied skills and tools. Subsequent sessions build upon the experiential learning from the previous session. In order to build into a peaceful and harmonious state, we expand upon these essential psychoemotional and energetic skills. We hone our awareness and build energetic bodies to create a peaceful and grounded nervous system and consciousness baseline, from which your life may operate smoothly. We shift your nervous system into a deeply grounded and peaceful vibration from which you experience life in an entirely different manner. Personalized energetic diagnostic assessment, along with key specific energetic, psychological and CBT cognitive behaviour based adaptations provide a holistic approach to this life changing stress reduction program.

for Stress Reduction
Session One: | Explorations into the Energetic Self
During our first session we explore your energy system, examining all aspects of how you carry stress as it manifests from real world situations, work and relationships, to intergenerational and incarnational stress. We explore how you unconsciously hold and manifest stress energies, and how these negative vibrations manifest in your energy bodies. This first week session is focused on exploring the iterative path to becoming stressed situationally, and how these stressors manifest in your consciousness and your psychoemotional physical bodies. We create a somatic mapping model of all the different ways in which you process and hold information and how this shows up in your energetic bodies. This first session is an exciting and insightful week that sheds light on both the obvious and hidden issues that manifest stress upon your being. In our first session we experientially introduce simple yet effective breath, awareness and meditative exercises to begin your personalized stress mitigation program.
Session Two: | The World of Energy, Breath and Self
Our second session focuses on building awareness and applying the applications of these awareness tools with effective and targeted mitigation strategies. We break down how stress is created within your specific body and inside your consciousness. We explore how stress builds within the specifics of your own unique nervous system. We apply specific tools such as grounding and earthing to help alleviate these stressors and ultimately change the underlying pathways that have supported these stressors. We begin to shape and shift these energetic patterns within the nervous system, biofield, and consciousness, moving towards new creations of balance and harmony in our conscious pathways and in our physical material bodies. Specific methods using such tools as SOBER, various forms of breathwork help to create effective new tools for personal self-awareness and positive long term changes. We continue to build upon our first session through fine tuning and building the body through somatic awareness, breathwork and specific forms of meditation. Journalling and breathwork and energetic exercises continue.
Session Three: | Energetic Dynamics and Emotional Self Regulation
In our third week together we notice how our psychoenergetic mapping, breathwork and meditation has begun to shift the energies in our body. We continue to advance and build upon the energetic dynamics and tools we have applied within our physical systems. Our somatic mapping brings awareness of exactly how these layers of stress build or ignite within us, and how we best mitigate these triggers for ourselves. We build upon existing tools and advance energetic grounding, deep state consciousness and awareness and the specific applications of the SOBR™️ dynamics within the system. We continue our somatic mapping in order to reveal more layers of how and where stress develops in order to effectively shift them out of the system. Energetic meditations and journalling.
Session Four: | The Energetic Heart
In our fourth session together we advance our energetic awareness and introduce elements of energetic resculpting into our consciousness and energy field. We begin to design and model what it is that we wish to become and how we wish our bodies and our emotions to advance into our future selves. Here we continue to deepen the energetic bodies of self regulation within the nervous system. We introduce elements of the energetic heart into our beings. We advance the modulation of breath and movement, honing energetic and situational awareness while introducing the energetic heart, as a tool for psychophysiologic coherence. The heart becomes our organizing center to help alleviate emotional stress. Journalling and observational awareness of the participation of our energetic hearts in the reduction of stress.
Session Five: | Time, Energy and the Self
In order to address the issues of reduction of stress we must learn and understand the energetic boundary concept. Develop the ability to separate your energetic boundary from others. We develop the energetic boundary for self in order to best support the new energetic shifts and peaceful energies you are creating. Here we explore this idea of the boundary of self to others, to work, and to the exterior environment in which we live. We open the portals of time and space, exploring the idea of self as a created instrument of our energetic manifestation. Learn to access inner space and traverse the somatic body in relation to self and other. This is a creative class of fun energetic and psychological exploration, designed to provide an awareness of the opportunities we have to create, dissolve and bring in any kinds of energies we so desire. Continue to develop harmonized and peaceful energies within the self in alignment with the tools and skills previously learned. Discover the central organizing heart charka as a significant and powerful carrier wave. This discovery will help harness even more tools for personal self regulation and the reduction of stress. Session Six: | Peaceful Divine Connection
Our final session together for this series awakens us to the energetic vibration and healing power of all creation. Here we explore, establish, and manifest our personal connection to pure divine light. We consciously align ourselves to all of creative source. With creative source we are able to move and shift out all excess, extraneous and noisy energies that only serve to cause agitation to the psychoenergetic system. Once connected to the energy of all of our existence, to the Divine, we recognize we are all powerful entities. We map our minds as peaceful, loving and calm and utilize the physical structure to enhance long term well being through divine connection and through the conscious awareness and cultivation of this sacred connection. The tools, skills, concepts and processes within this class serve a lifetime. We leave this session with a profound deepening of self, which takes us forward into our busy lives, renewed and with more peace and harmony, and with specific targeted strategies that move each of us forward to mitigate potential circumstances of disharmony that may arise.
