Your Retreat Program
Day one - The Day of Intention
Your first day here in Panama you will be picked up by Eric who will be waiting at the airport specifically for your group! Here you will be taken by private transportation to our beautiful retreat center in El Valle or (Elle Valley!). Once here you will settle into your very comfortable casitas, each with its own views of the cascading gardens of paradise, our classic Panamanian rancho bohio adorning our dip pool, and the majestic mountain surrounds hugging in our valley. Relax and enjoy as you settle into your casitas and explore the spiritual program provided to you in your own casita room. A delicious healthy and organic dinner will be served outside on our large terrace overlooking the mountains and under the sparkling stars. After dinner we focus on exploring your specific and unique objectives and set out your retreat intentions. Guided meditation and prayers, followed by an evening of magical transformation, of prayer, specifically guided meditation and personalized card and Rune readings. This magical evening we set the tone for our inspired and transformative days ahead.
Day Two - Karma, Identity, Source
On our second day you will be treated to the gifts of nature in the first of our daily breakfasts filled with the fruits of our valley
– wild papaya, pineapple, maracuya (passion fruit), organic eggs from the farm and delicious European breads from our German bread lady around the corner.
This day will focus on exploring our karmic memory, exploring and identifying old or repetitive issues embedded in our energy fields that require fully identifying and shifting. We explore and address our resistance points. We will create embodied meditation space to capture these memories and thoughts. Today is the day to identify all that requires shifting and moving out of your being. Silent walking meditation in nature amongst the mango trees, coconuts, orchids, breadfruit and all the emerging flowers that decide to awaken during that day. We will work through the somatic body via asanas and yogic practice. Specifically tailored guided meditations, processes and individualized time. A trip to the Butterfly Sanctuary for Butterfly Darshan blessing. Late day somatic awareness practice through yoga overlooking the Panamanian mountains.
An organic breakfast and lunch will be served. We will dine outdoors in a beautifully lit garden just next door at our favourite restaurant Lourdes.
Day Three - The Day of Turning: Release and Re-empower
The day of dynamic release and empowerment. This is an exciting day where nature aligns with the power of your internal processes. Here we work with the forces of nature to assist in empowering ourselves out of old patterns and belief systems. It is a day of holding both the release energy and of the empowerment. As you release old patterns, beliefs and energies you awaken to what can be, what is new, what is awaiting. Your soul and consciousness is hereby awakened through nature itself aligning self with the power of true first principles. Bring water shoes to walk through rocks in water; swim suit and your empowered being. Today we move from yesterday into our newness, our empowered today and future. Followed by a beautiful lunch in the misty rain forest mountains at the “Frog” for delicious fish tacos (or what you fancy on their fabulous menu). Return back to your cosy casita for a late day meditation and private observation time. Today we continue in building out our future, as we take time to map our personal futures. We discuss and create action-oriented multidimensional models and plans for the self, including states of being, feeling, expressions into the world, with active steps to take into action. Delicious and nutritious dinner served in the evening at the Retreat.
We develop personalized mantras and sink into the truth of our desires and wisdom through writing and action coupled with divine presence. We seed the dreams that have percolated over these past few days. We set ourselves into the planting of these dreams, setting the intention filled with the new desire.
Return to the garden of paradise and be a part of our sacred planting ceremony.
A period in our afternoon is set aside for sacred ceremonies of those wishing to be baptized into the waters of the earth governed by our divine creator. The baptismal ceremony is individual and sacred, and designed for those wishing to hold a blessing of their dreams and desires in sacred union.
our evening here at the Retreat will host our final sacred dinner followed by a special ceremony involving the manifestation of dreams into the universe with an ancient Hindu and Buddhist crystal vajra ceremony.
Day Four - Blossoming Heart
This day is an open-hearted day where we set into our experience the dreams we wish to manifest. A fun bike ride after breakfast around the town gets us some exercise and the opportunity to move through space and time at our own inner pace – time for self and time to enjoy the beauty or our little town and the spectacular views we are afforded. Today we root ourselves into the empowerment of the dream. This is a day where we call upon the magic of the universe to hold and set the dream into action.
Day Five – Cosmology: The Flight of Dreams
Start your final journey day with Laura’s special homemade non-gluten pancake festival! A breakfast for Heavenly Goddesses…delicious adorned with all of the beautiful fruits of Panama, home made coulis and Canadian maple syrup. A beautiful send off with memories. Gather all of your spectacular memories and enjoy the personalized transport back into Panama City.

Cost Per Person includes all internal transportation in Panama, all meals, accommodation at The Retreat in El Valle, all excursions and activities!
Full transport to El Valle from Panama City or Rio Hato, and return from El Valle to Panama City or Rio Hato on travel days.
Includes all breakfasts, lunches and dinners for full retreat time except for 1 lunch and 1 dinner out.
Includes a waterfall tour to the Anton Valley, bike riding, and a visit to the Butterfly Sanctuary and other activities.
We have 2 beautiful separate casita houses that accommodate up to 5 people each. Accommodation per person includes your own bedroom or shared if you would like, shared bath, in a mountain casita house overlooking the vast gardens and beautiful mountain scapes.
